Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on evening sandals and formal shoes unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and documentation
- Ship to our return address using a trackable method
- Email us the tracking information
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification about your refund status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your request
- We will ship your new item once the return is received
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
