Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lotus Shoes as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return process makes it easy.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be included
  • Must provide proof of purchase

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on evening sandals and formal shoes unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.

How to Return

  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly specify your desired exchange item
  • We cover standard shipping for replacement items
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged as needed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
